Delete a message

  1. Login to Salesforce and on the Salesforce Home page, click
  2. Search for ‘SMS History’

  1. The following SMS History page appears:

  1. Select the record number to delete the messages 
  2. Click on the delete button as shown below

  1. Click on the delete button as shown below, to delete the messages of the selected record
