Set up autoresponders in Zoho

You can trigger auto response for specific words by executing keyword-based automation in Zoho using SMS-Magic. You need to follow the below 3 steps to set up this automation:

1) Generate JSON from SMS-Magic Portal – instructed in the link here.

2) Create Webhook in Zoho CRM – as instructed here.

3) Associate Webhook with Workflow rule – as instructed here.
