The purpose of this guide is to help you:
•To create Send SMS Buttons and associate them with Visualforce pages—created during Message Configuration—for the purpose of sending single and bulk messages.
•To configure and setup Converse Desk on the record detail page, to enable sending messages and seeing an entire conversation in a single view.
