The purpose of this beta release is to gather feedback from early adopters and testers to improve the software before its official release. We want to ensure that the software meets the needs of its users and that it is stable and bug-free.
The first phase of our beta program is currently only available to existing customers of SMS Magic. Additionally, if you’re using Salesforce, Embedded Messaging will only be compatible with the upcoming package version v1.73, so those who are willing to upgrade can participate in the beta program.
To apply for the beta release, please complete the sign-up form on our website and agree to the beta testing terms and conditions. Please note that we will review all applications and select a few participants for the beta program. If you are shortlisted, we will provide you with access to the beta software and instructions on how to provide feedback and report any bugs you may encounter.
If you are not selected for the beta program, we sincerely appreciate your interest in our product/feature. Please know that we will keep your application on file and you may be considered for future beta programs. In the meantime, you can stay updated on our product/feature development by following us on social media. Thank you for your continued support!
During the beta release, you’ll have the opportunity to test out the software’s features and provide valuable feedback on its usability and functionality. As part of this process, you’ll have a brief discussion with our Sales team to explain the feature. Afterward, you’ll receive detailed instructions over email about the testing exercise, where you’ll simply need to mark the user acceptance test as pass or fail based on your experience using the product. Both activities combined may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes of your time.
The beta program will last for 3-4 weeks. We will keep beta testers updated on the progress and any changes to the duration of the beta release.
The key difference is that all conversations, starting from the first message, are synced in the business CRM at the record-level view. This ensures that business agents can stay up-to-date on all conversations, even those with chatbots.
After the beta release, we will review all feedback and bug reports and work to address any issues before the official release. We will keep beta testers updated on the progress of the development and release schedule. Beta testers will also get Embedded Messaging free for the first 6 months.
