Conversations in Converse Inbox

In addition to the default Converse Desk tab, that helps you view and manage conversations, SMS-Magic Converse provides another option to view and edit conversations. The Converse Inbox provides a smaller and more compact view of all conversations.




View Key Metrics

The table below highlights the key metrics that are available:

Reports Description
Replies Pending Displays a count of all Active Conversations where the last message in the trail is an incoming message.​
All Messages Sent Displays a count of all conversations that includes a single outgoing message.
All Messages Received Displays the count of messages received during the default 30 days period for which reports are generated.
Today’s Active Conversations Displays all conversations that have occurred within the 30 day period and for which the conversation status is displayed as OPEN.



Use Message Notification

    Use the following procedure to send replies from the Message Notification panel:

  1. On the Message Notification panel, click the message to which you want to send a reply. The message reply panel appears.
  2. Type your message in the compose box.
  3. Click Send.
