  • Bring Your Own Messaging Provider (7 Articles)

    Bring Your Own Provider” or BYOP by definition means using your existing messaging provider on SMS-Magic Application. “Bring Your Own Number” or BYON by definition means to use your existing number and port it to SMS-Magic provider and then use the SMS-Magic Application.

    With SMS-Magic, customers have to install apps on the CRM platform and perform a few mandatory steps and get started. SMS-Magic is a single-window service for all your messaging needs, you can buy SMS credits, Virtual mobile numbers, shortcodes/longcodes via SMS-Magic.

    In Addition, SMS-Magic has two offerings – BYOP & BYON which will be helpful for customers who want to adopt SMS-Magic with only purchasing user licenses and still using their existing telecom connects.

    “Bring Your Own Provider” or BYOP – This offering is for the customers who are already using SMS Aggregator in a standalone way or with Dialers and have long term contracts. They can start using SMS-Magic without discontinuing the existing services. They can connect their existing SMS Provider with the SMS-Magic Platform.

    “Bring Your Own Number” or BYON – This offering is for customers who are using personal mobile phones or landlines for business communication. As these numbers are published or are known to customers, they prefer using the same numbers for texting. SMS-Magic enables customers to port their numbers to SMS-Magic providers and start doing business texting from these numbers.
